LAKE TOSCANA IS GROWING & WONDERFUL CHANGES ARE ABOUND!

If you haven’t visited Lake Toscana recently your next trip might be quite surprising! 29 beautiful new homes are now found throughout the community with 5 more in various stages of completion! It’s exciting to see so many new homeowners taking pleasure in all that Lake Toscana has to offer. The neighborhood is buzzing with new activities. Residents are now enjoying full-access to all the fantastic amenities including the newly-built Community Pavilion, cleared access to the Little Manatee River, fishing and kayaking opportunities on the gorgeous sixty acre lake and so much more!
